Mshiko Clubs ToR - Call for Trainers
Mshiko Clubs is a Her Initiative project designed to keep girls aged 14–19 in school by strengthening their agency, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial skills through extracurricular activities that increase their interest in and connection to school. The project delivers tailored, rights-based training that builds girls' self-awareness, self-efficacy, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship skills, helping them overcome financial barriers and fostering a spirit of self-employment and job creation.
