Monitoring and Evaluation & Program Quality Officer.
The Monitoring, Evaluation & Programme Quality Officer is responsible for implementing Her Initiative's monitoring, evaluation, programme quality assurance, and evidence generation systems across all programmes. The role ensures that programme implementation is consistently monitored, high-quality data is collected and verified, programme performance is accurately measured, and credible evidence is generated to demonstrate organizational results and readiness for replication and scale. Working under the guidance of the Senior Evidence, Learning & Impact Officer, the role operationalizes Her Initiative's Evidence Generation Framework, programme measurement systems, institutional indicators, and quality assurance standards by translating organizational frameworks into effective field implementation, reliable programme monitoring, and high-quality evidence. The position works collaboratively with programme, communications, and operations teams to strengthen programme quality, maintain data integrity, monitor participant outcomes, identify evidence gaps, and provide verified programme evidence that supports organizational learning, donor accountability, management decision-making, and continuous improvement.
